Webshop registers

The WEB registers hold the webshop's content and settings, and the themes of the sales links sent to customers. For an introduction to the webshop see Webshop configuration. Recommended image sizes are listed in Images.

WEB - Webshop Page

Content blocks for the webshop's pages. Each page is identified by its slug — the part of the address after the domain name. The slug must match the page:

SlugPage
/Front page
/eventsEvent list
/eventEvent pages (common blocks)
/roomsRoom search
/categoryCategory pages
/locationsLocation selection
/d/<name>Your own pages, e.g. /d/privacy-policy

Category and room pages use the closest matching page: /category/sports/tennis uses /category/sports/tennis if it exists, otherwise /category/sports, then /category.

FieldWhat it affects
Title, SlugPage name and address.
Header blocks, Footer blocksContent shown above and below the page's own content (see Blocks).
Overlay headerShows the header on top of the first banner instead of above it.
Redirect toSends visitors to another address instead of showing the page.
Visible in search enginesWhen off, the page is hidden from search engines such as Google.
Logo, FaviconOverride the webshop logo and favicon on this page.
warning

Each language needs its own page entry. An own page (/d/...) with no blocks, or without an entry in the visitor's language, shows page not found.

WEB - Webshop Themes

A theme is a template for sales links: links sent to a customer or participants to view the sale, register participants, update details or pay. Staff choose a theme when creating a link; the theme fills in the link's defaults, which staff can still change per link.

FieldWhat it affects
Theme name, Theme descriptionShown when choosing a theme.
Link dateWhen the link expires: a number of days after the link is created, before the sale starts, or after the sale ends. Calculated when the link is created; editing the theme does not change existing links.
ScopesWhat the link allows: Customer (view and edit customer details), Participant (add, edit and remove participants and their products), Participant edit (edit existing participants only), Payment (pay online).
Email subject, Email bodyThe email sent with the link. You can use these placeholders, which are replaced with the actual values: {link}, {name}, {customerName}, {firstName}, {lastName} and {validTo}. Other placeholders cannot be saved.
Email from addressSender address for this theme's emails. Empty = the webshop's default sender.
Customer informationText shown to the customer on the link's pages.
Terms linkTerms to accept, overriding the webshop's checkout terms.
ParticipantParticipant field visibility for this theme, overriding the event and webshop defaults.
Show sale detailsShows the order number, sale name and customer name on the link's pages.
Show payment provider noteShows a note about the payment provider when the link allows payment.
Cover image, Custom logo, Custom favicon, Thank you page imageBranding of the link's pages.
Restricted to sitesSites where the theme is offered. Empty = all sites.
warning

{firstName} and {lastName} refer to a person: for an organisation customer they are its contact person's names. If a placeholder used in the email has no value, for example {validTo} on a link without an expiry date, the email cannot be sent.

WEB - Webshop Contacts

Contact persons that can be attached to events: name, email, phone, photo and responsibility. Restricted to sites limits which sites can use the contact.

WEB - Webshop Category

Categories for events and rooms in the webshop: name, description and image. Translated per language.

WEB - Facilities

Facility icons, e.g. Sauna, Wi-Fi, Accessible, shown on events and rooms: a label and an icon image.

WEB - Room Marketing

FieldWhat it affects
Internal nameName staff see when attaching the marketing content to a webshop room in Willba. Not shown to customers.
Marketing title, Short description, DescriptionRoom name and texts in the webshop.
Cover, ImagesMain image (required) and gallery.
Facilities, CategoriesFacility icons and categories of the room.

Room marketing is attached to a room in Willba when the room is published to the webshop. Do not delete an entry that is still attached to a room.

Participant fields

The standard participant fields — name, birth date, gender, email, address, nationality, language, allergies, diets, group, products and more — can each be hidden, visible or required on the webshop form. The setting is resolved in this order, the last one winning:

  1. Webshop Configuration → Participant (default for all)
  2. Webshop Event → Participant (per event)
  3. Webshop Themes → Participant (per sales link theme)

Your own additional fields are configured separately in PAR - Participant Field Definitions.
