Document registers
Willba creates PDF documents such as offers, confirmations, invoices, programs, VST programs and participant lists. These registers decide which templates exist, which are attached automatically, and how the documents look.
DOC - Document Template
A template variant for one kind of document. You can have several variants of the same kind, e.g. Offer and Offer – English, no prices; staff pick the variant when creating the document.

| Identifier | The kind of document: offer, confirmation, invoice, program, vst, participants (participant list) or participants-namelist (name list). Decides the layout and content. |
| Template name | Name of the variant in the template selection. |
| Document name | Name of the created document and of the downloaded PDF file (prefixed with the order number). |
| User attributes | Free-text sections staff can switch on and edit per document, e.g. Cancellation terms or Directions. Name is the section's heading and Example template value its default text. Key is a short technical name; do not change it once in use. |
| Custom footer | Footer text for this template, replacing the default. |
| Custom logo, Logo settings | Logo, and its position and size, for this template, replacing the default. |
| Restricted to sites | Sites where the template can be used. Empty = all sites. |

| Offer and confirmation settings → Show program | Whether offers and confirmations include the day-by-day program. |
| Program settings | Content and layout of the program document: whether details, meals and tasks are shown; font colour, size and line height; page margins; spacing between items; time format (start and end, or start only) and placement; date headings. |
| VST document settings | The VST program, used in state subsidy (VST) reporting by sports institutes: document title (default VST-ohjelma), whether participants are listed grouped by age category and VST times or individually by name, and whether a signature section is included. |
Default templates respect each template's site restrictions.
DOC - Document Theme Configuration
The common look and sender details of all documents. Translated per language: fill in each language you create documents in; missing translations fall back to the default language.

| Palette | The colours used in documents: primary, secondary and three accent colours. |
| Brand slogan | Text under the logo, and which palette colour it uses. |
| Contact name, short name, address, email, phone, URL | The sender's contact details on documents. |
| Zero VAT reason | Explanation printed on invoices of zero-VAT companies, e.g. a reference to the relevant VAT law section. |
