These registers decide who sells, which accounts sales and payments are booked to, which dimensions are tracked, and which payment methods are available. They affect invoices, the accounting transfer to Netvisor or Procountor, the POS and payment reports.
Automated sales actions let Willba close, cancel or delete sales, or accept their invoices, automatically when the sales meet the conditions you define. Typical uses:
Willba creates PDF documents such as offers, confirmations, invoices, programs, VST programs and participant lists. These registers decide which templates exist, which are attached automatically, and how the documents look.

Products are everything you sell: accommodation, meals, room and equipment rentals, services and goods. A product's settings decide its price and VAT, how it is booked to accounting, and how it behaves in a sale (for example whether it creates meals or is priced per night).

Calendar resources are everything besides accommodation that can be reserved by the hour or day: meeting rooms and spaces, equipment, and staff such as instructors. These registers decide what can be booked, how much of it, who sees it, and how the calendar listings look.
These registers define what kinds of sales exist, which steps a sale goes through, and what extra information is collected from customers and participants. They affect every sale created in Willba, the webshop and the POS.
