Picklists
Simple lists of values that staff and webshop customers pick from.
Allergies, diets and countries are saved on a guest as the text of the value. Renaming a value does not update guests who already have it, and deleting a value leaves the old text on existing guests. Add new values freely, but avoid renaming values that are in use.
CMN - Allergy
Allergies that can be recorded for participants, in Willba and on the webshop registration form. Allergies appear in participant details, the kitchen's daily allergy listing and meal listings, and printed guest details. Translated per language.
CMN - Diet
Special diets (e.g. vegan, gluten-free), used in the same places as allergies. Translated per language.
CMN - Language
Languages a participant speaks, recorded in participant details and on the webshop form. This is not the language of Willba or of documents.

CMN - Country
Countries for participants' nationality and customers' addresses.

| Alpha2 code | Two-letter country code, e.g. FI. Saved with customer addresses and used in invoicing. Fill it in for every country. |

Participants' nationality is also used in the Statistics Finland accommodation report (see Reports).
CUS - Customer Label
Labels for grouping customers, e.g. VIP, Partner, School. Labels are shown on customer cards and in front desk lists, and customers can be searched by label. Translated per language.
Unlike the other picklists, labels are linked to customers directly: renaming a label updates it everywhere. Deleting a label removes it from customers.
