Use Case
As users browse the site, analytics track key interactions such as navigation, page views, and events. This data reveals engagement patterns and potential drop-off points. After the session, analytics provide insights into user behavior and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Configuration
Strapi WEB - Webshop Configuration
In Tracking_tools, enter the measurement IDs of the tools you want to use.
For example, to enable Google Analytics, enter your measurement ID in Tracking_tools → Google_analytics_id.

Once saved, users must accept cookies to enable tracking. After that, data collection and reporting will begin.
