Emails
The Willba Emails are designed to enhance customer communications by providing real-time feedback and updates. After customer has completed the Webshop purchase, Willba sends the confirmation email to the customer.
Use Case
Let's take an online room booking as an example. Once the customer details have been entered and payment has been completed on the webshop, an email will be automatically sent to the customer's email address. This email will include relevant information about the reservation and have the necessary document, such as a receipt, attached.
Communications Visibility
For Willba app users, sale-specific emails can be viewed in the 'Emails' section of the web app in the Sales. Additionally, all emails can be accessed, searched and sorted through the 'Registry / Emails' navigation.
Configuration
Strapi WEB - Webshop Configuration
Fill up Email_from_address and in Provider section, Contact_email in all the locales.
Email_from_address is the email address from which the email will be sent. To include a friendly name, use the format "Your Company Name <sender@domain.com>".
Please contact Willba support to register your own domain into Willba sender. Without domain registration it's not possible.
Contact_email is the email address visible in the email content and customers can use it to reach out for any support.
If the Email_from_address and Contact_email fields are not defined in the all locale versions (English, Finnish for example), the email will not be sent.
Once these settings are ready, you can activate the Send_emails flag to take the emails feature in use.
