Netvisor Integration

Willba integrates with Visma Netvisor through its API. For the bookkeeping concepts shared by every integration — accounting structure, products, dimensions and company settings — see Bookkeeping and Financial Management.

How the integration works

  • Customer data for invoiced customers is transferred to Netvisor
  • Invoices are sent to Netvisor automatically
  • Payment statuses are synchronized between the systems
  • Vouchers are created from paid invoices

The integration runs on scheduled intervals:

  • Invoices and payment updates typically run every few minutes
  • Vouchers from paid invoices are collected and transferred daily

Onboarding

Willba is a custom integration for Netvisor. Onboarding means creating the software API credentials and allowing the API resources Willba needs:

  1. Create the software API credentials — Go to Company menu > Software API credentials (Ohjelmistorajapintatunnukset) and click Create new API credential. The new credential appears at the top of the list with a user identifier and a key.
  2. Allow the API resources — Open the API permissions, enter Willba's access key, and allow all the API resources (endpoints) predefined behind it. This requires user administrator (KH) or accounting-office main user (TPK) rights.
  3. Send the credentials to Willba — Give the user identifier and key to the Willba team, who enable the connection.
