Connecting Willba with Kurre
This guide provides a walkthrough on the procedure for integrating Kurre reservations with the Willba.
Kurre is Finland's most popular teaching and learning platform, creating a digital learning path from kindergarten to upper secondary schools. Kurre supports the organisation and evaluation of administration, as well as communication and information flow between home and school.
By connecting Kurre to Willba, all the reservations from Kurre will be automatically synchronized into Willba system. This will allow you to view all of your reservations in one place in Willba with the reservation details. Resource availability is thus up-to-date in Willba.
Steps
In order to connect Kurre with Willba, you will need the following:
- A new Kurre account for Willba with permissions to read reservations
- Provide credentials to your Willba Contact, including username, password, API-key and your Kurre login URL
- Set up Kurre integration details in Willba Strapi including the integration synchronization window and corresponding resources IDs in Kurre
